This place has quiet surroundings and is only a few minutes away from a 175-foot tall Ferris wheel, with air-conditioned rooms that have comfortable beds and very professional staff.

A bathtub in the private bathroom was a plus. Location: the hotel was short walk to the falls, Clifton Hill. It also was on the backside of the POST CEREAL packaging plant with numerous derelict buildings in the area.

I greatly enjoyed spotless and updated room here.

The hotel was a reasonable base for enjoying a tourist area, just next door to the falls and all other attractions. Everything was good and the staff were amazingly nice and welcoming. Its location at a moderate distance from Niagara Falls Imax Theatre was great.

The distance from the Hotel to Clifton Hill and the Falls is incredible. You get free parking so you can leave your car and walk down to the Falls in about 10 minutes.

The hotel needs updating, also request and upstairs room because we heard a lot of foot traffic from the floor above us.

The staff is really good and helpful. We reached the place after an over night journey. They were kind enough to offer us room to change and freshen up. They also gave us an early check in which was really nice. The location of the place is also quite good 5 min walk from the main market.

Till quite late in the night the occupants upstairs kept running from one end of the room to the other. I am not sure what they were upto.

The location here is awesome - it's super close to the falls 🌊, Clifton Hill, and the Sky Wheel. Plus, it's not too far from the Guinness World of Records Waterfall. Great spot for exploring all the main attractions nearby!
